Learned the restaurant business from two of the greats: his Mamma Flora and Papa Antonio. In between running il Capriccio, Ermanno sits as VP on the Los Feliz Village Business Improvement District, dabbles in photography, and enjoys discovering new restaurants with his lovely wife.
With big brother Ermanno, Gianni continues the family restaurant tradition begun by father Antonio over fifty-years ago. When he’s not slinging pasta, Gianni can be found on stage or in the studio laying down the groove on a lovely Fender PBass guitar, or behind a camera shooting America’s next top model.
Salomon started out with Ermanno 25 years ago! Today, he is a master pasta and baked goods chef who brings almost three-decades of expertise and attention to every dish.
For eight-years Cecilio has worked his magic on the il Capriccio grill, delighting customers with his extensive experience and unique flair.

Veronika’s a published poet and mother of two. When she’s not serving up smiles at il Capriccio, Veronika loves volunteering at homeless shelters and being of service to the needy. She’s a big fan of the outdoors, loves traveling and has recently converted to a semi-vegan diet. Nice!
