Lindsey Mixon has been pushing pasta at il Capriccio on Vermont since the summer of 2003. Originally from Shaker Hts. Ohio, she moved to LA shortly after graduating with a BFA in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. In 2006, she was part of the first class to complete the Professional Culinary Le Cordon Bleu Program at The California School of Culinary Arts in Hollywood. She also “cheffed” at Canele in Atwater Village for a spell. She is member of The SkyPilot Theatre Company where she gets the opportunity to work and develop new plays and musicals. Lindsey will be getting married in October of 2012.
