With delicious fresh ricotta cheese and candied citron, the Pastiera Napoletana is one of Napoli’s oldest and most beloved desserts.

First created by a nun, the dessert was made to symbolize the resurrection and maintain the fragrance of the Orange Tree flowers in the convent garden.
